  • ProMD was founded in 2004 as a spinoff of the Management Team of South Florida Perinatal Medicine (SFPM). After having directed and supported SFPM's expansion from one site to 5 locations and seeing it become the preeminent Maternal Fetal Medicine Practice in South Florida, they saw the opportunity and advantage of offering the same sound Management and Billing & Collections expertise to other colleagues and their Medical Practices.

    In 2007, ProMD relocated to its current state-of-the-art Headquarters in Pinecrest, South Florida. Since its founding, ProMD's number of clients grew rapidly, mainly due to word of mouth between satisfied Medical Practices and their counterparts needing Practice management support. To date, ProMD has had a steady growth in Medical Practice clients that have learned to value the integrity, quality and expertise we bring to the table. It is due to this solid foundation of value added services that we have developed our mantra: "THE BEST COMPLIMENT WE CAN RECEIVE OF OUR SERVICES IS A REFERRAL"

    In the last quarter of 2008, ProMD completed its office expansion and infrastructure upgrade project to the Pinecrest office location. Today, we occupy over 4,000 square feet of space dedicated to serving our Medical Practice clients. Also, ProMD has grown to over 50 dedicated and highly trained Staff, specializing in providing the best and most up to date Practice Management Services.

To that end, we support community driven initiatives as well as endorse and encourage our employees to give back and participate in community education, charity and non-profit events. ProMD is very proud to be affiliated and have participated in, among others, the American Heart Association Start! Heart Walk! and the Toys for Tots program and the Toy Drive for the Ronald McDonald House.
