  • LEAD REFERRAL PLAN &
    COMMISSION SCHEDULE

    1. Develop a Lead or provide a Referral of a Medical Practice. Contact Jose Carreras at (305) 720-6881 or jcarreras@promd.us. ProMD will follow up and discuss viability with MP.

    2. Based on success (Signature of Management Agreement and/or Billing & Collections Agreement)

    3. Referral means actively facilitating a meeting or contact with Prospective Medical Practice. Providing a list of MDs doesn't constitute a referral.

    4. Commission to be paid within 15 business days from date of signed Agreement.
